Andreas Thonhauser serves as director of external relations for ADF International, where he is responsible for building the organization’s media presence, forming alliances with key influencers and supporters.

Elyssa Koren serves as director of United Nations advocacy in New York City, where she oversees ADF International’s UN Headquarters and Geneva legal teams.

Felix Boellmann, PhD, serves as senior counsel, Europe, with ADF International, leading the advocacy team in Vienna, with a particular focus on national litigation across Europe and advocacy in the German and Russian-speaking world.

Jennifer Grace Lea serves as legal counsel, Europe, with ADF International, advocating for religious liberty, life, and the family. Lea focuses on human rights, EU, and public international law.

Kelsey Zorzi serves as Director of Advocacy for Global Religious Freedom with ADF International. She leads efforts to address and counter global persecution against Christians and other religious minorities.

Lidia Rieder, PhD, serves as legal officer for ADF International in Vienna, Austria. She is a lawyer specializing in public international law and conducts high quality legal advocacy in Europe to promote and protect religious liberty, life, and the family, including marriage.

Michael P. Farris is President and CEO of ADF International. He brings to the position wide recognition for his successful work across the globe.
Senior Counsel, OAS & Latin America
Neydy Casillas, Esq. serves as senior legal counsel for the OAS and Latin America for ADF International at its Washington DC office. She has over a decade of legal experience in international law, family law, and civil law at international institutions such as the United Nations and the OAS.
Paul Coleman serves as executive director of ADF International from its headquarters in Vienna, overseeing the advocacy and operations of the global, alliance-building legal organization.

Ralph Rodriguez serves as legal counsel, United Nations, for ADF International. He works at UN Headquarters in New York, providing legal resources to UN diplomats in the Second and Third Committees, ECOSOC Commissions, and other special sessions.

Reyna Anderson serves as a legal fellow for ADF International, where she supports the United Nations team at the UN headquarters in New York City. She specifically aids in strategic advocacy outreach to diplomat allies.

Sean Nelson serves as Legal Counsel for Global Religious Freedom with ADF International, where he advocates on behalf of Christians and other religious minorities being persecuted for their faith around the world.
Director of Strategic Relations & Training
Sophia Kuby serves as director of Strategic Relations & Training for ADF International and is based in Vienna, Austria. She oversees and develops the organization’s training programs and alliance relations internationally. From 2015 to 2018, Kuby served as the director of European Union Advocacy in Brussels, Belgium, where she built up the EU advocacy team and led the advocacy work of ADF International at the various EU institutions. She holds a M.A. and B.A. in philosophy.
Director of Advocacy, Latin America & Caribbean
Tomás Henríquez serves as senior counsel for OAS and Latin America with ADF International. The OAS and Latin America teams lead advocacy efforts defending the sanctity of life, marriage, family, parental rights, and religious freedom at the Organization of American States and its many bodies, as well as providing support to regional allies all across the Latin American states.
