Lois McLatchie serves as a legal analyst for ADF International in Geneva, where she advocates at the UN Human Rights Council. McLatchie provides Member State representatives with key legal resources and amendatory language that promote religious freedom and the inherent value and dignity of every person.

Lois McLatchie serves as a legal analyst for ADF International in Geneva, where she advocates at the UN Human Rights Council. McLatchie provides Member State representatives with key legal resources and amendatory language that promote religious freedom and the inherent value and dignity of every person. Before beginning her current role, McLatchie completed training at ADF International as a Veritas Scholar, where she received instruction on international law, communications and argumentation. Prior to joining the team, she served as an intern at the US Mission to the European Union, and has also spent time in Washington, DC gaining experience on the international human rights landscape with the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe. McLatchie holds an LLM Human Rights Law with distinction from the University of Kent, Brussels and an MA (Hons) International Relations from the University of St Andrews. During her studies, she participated in Areté Academy and Blackstone Legal Fellowship, where she completed extensive research on bioethical issues, including surrogacy.
