Europaweit setzt er sich f\u00fcr Religionsfreiheit, das Recht auf Leben sowie der St\u00e4rkung von Ehe und Familie ein. B\u00f6llmann ist Experte f\u00fcr Menschenrechte und V\u00f6lkerrecht.<\/p>\n<p>Vor seiner T\u00e4tigkeit bei ADF International, war B\u00f6llmann Rechtsanwalt in Leipzig, wo sein Portfolio schwerpunktm\u00e4\u00dfig Gesellschaftsrecht, internationale Vertr\u00e4ge und Prozessf\u00fchrung umfasste. Zudem war B\u00f6llmann \u00fcber zehn Jahre lang als Syndikus bei der EurAsia Resource Holdings AG t\u00e4tig, einer Investmentgesellschaft f\u00fcr Energie und Bodensch\u00e4tze mit Beteiligungen in Europa, Asien und Kanada.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6llmann schloss sein Jurastudium 1999 in Leipzig ab und wurde 2006 mit einer rechtsvergleichenden Arbeit im \u00f6ffentlichen Recht zum Dr. iur. promoviert. Noch w\u00e4hrend seines Studiums absolvierte er Praktika bei wirtschaftlichen, politischen und juristischen Organisationen in Deutschland und im europ\u00e4ischen Ausland. B\u00f6llmann hat rechtsvergleichend zu wirtschafts- und finanzrechtlichen Themen sowie zu Fragen der internationalen Menschenrechte und Rechtskultur publiziert. Neben seiner Muttersprache Deutsch spricht er flie\u00dfend Englisch und Russisch und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Grundkenntnisse in Franz\u00f6sisch.
