Niemand darf zu etwas gezwungen werden, was eigenen grundlegenden \u00dcberzeugungen widerspricht. Das gilt in den USA genauso wie in Europa.<\/p><p>Das Team von ADF in den USA \u2013 unsere Kollegen dort \u2013 haben den US-Amerikanern damit einen gro\u00dfen Erfolg f\u00fcr die Meinungsfreiheit beschert. Der Supreme Court hat festgestellt, dass niemand zu \u00c4u\u00dferungen gezwungen werden darf, die man nicht teilt. Das ist eine gute Nachricht!\u201c<\/p><p>Der US-amerikanische Supreme Court hat am 30. Juni 2023 entschieden, dass der Staat Colorado die Grafikdesignerin Lorie Smith nicht daf\u00fcr bestrafen darf, dass sie im Einklang mit ihren \u00dcberzeugungen t\u00e4tig ist.
