The High Court decided to review the case <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/adfmedia.org\/case\/united-states-america-v-skrmetti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">United States v. Skrmetti<\/span><\/i><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> after the Biden administration appealed a decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit that upheld Tennessee\u2019s law. In the United Kingdom, the closure of London\u2019s Tavistock Clinic and the publication of the Cass Review signaled a clear rejection of gender ideology experimentation on young people.\u202fAs highlighted in an <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/DocketPDF\/23\/23-477\/328159\/20241015090810007_2024-10-14%20International%20Groups%20Skrmetti%20Amicus%20FINAL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">amicus brief<\/span><\/i><\/a> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">to the Court from 17 international parental rights organisations, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Italy, Hungary, and Slovakia are among the list of European countries that have taken legislative, judicial, or administrative steps to protect minors from gender ideology.
