Februar dem Verwaltungsgericht Karlsruhe . Die Stadtverwaltung verbot den Lebenssch\u00fctzern, sich in der N\u00e4he einer Beratungsstelle f\u00fcr Schwangerschaftsabbr\u00fcche zu versammeln, um friedlich zu beten.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u201eIch m\u00f6chte dort sein, um zu beten, nicht f\u00fcr mich selbst, sondern f\u00fcr die betroffenen Frauen, die eine Abtreibung in Erw\u00e4gung ziehen, und f\u00fcr ihre ungeborenen Kinder. Dieses Thema ber\u00fchrt mich sehr, denn ich kenne den Schmerz, ein Kind zu verlieren. Unsere Gesellschaft muss M\u00fcttern in solch schwierigen Situationen besser zur Seite stehen. Jedes Leben ist wertvoll und verdient Schutz. Die Gebetswachen fanden 40 Tage lang jeden Tag statt \u2013 schweigend und friedlich. Obwohl Pavica alle erforderlichen Genehmigungen f\u00fcr ihre fr\u00fcheren Gebetswachen erhalten hatte, hat die Gemeinde sie in den letzten zwei Jahren daran gehindert, in der N\u00e4he der Einrichtung zu beten.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Pavica und ihre Gruppe hinderten niemanden daran, das Geb\u00e4ude zu betreten, noch blockierten sie den Fu\u00dfweg in der Umgebung.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Die Gebetswachen verliefen durchgehend friedlich. Die Polizei beobachtete die Gebetswachen und konnte keine Verst\u00f6\u00dfe feststellen; dennoch verlangte die Leitung der Beratungsstelle f\u00fcr Schwangerschaftsabbr\u00fcche, dass die Gebetswachen in einiger Entfernung stattfinden oder ganz verboten werden sollten.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0 Zensur des \u00f6ffentlichen Gebets\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>ADF International unterst\u00fctzt Vojnovi\u0107s Klage vor dem Verwaltungsgericht Karlsruhe in Deutschland. Die Menschenrechtsorganisation hofft, dass die Entscheidung die Meinungs-, Versammlungs- und Religionsfreiheit wiederherstellt sowie Gebet und Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr gef\u00e4hrdete Frauen und ihre Kinder erm\u00f6glicht.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>\u201eWelche Gesellschaft verbietet das Gebet f\u00fcr hilfsbed\u00fcrftige Frauen und Kinder? Das Vorsto\u00df der Pforzheimer Beh\u00f6rden, selbst das stille Gebet in der N\u00e4he der Abtreibungsberatungsstelle zu verbieten, ist nicht verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig. Das Recht auf Meinungsfreiheit ist die Grundlage jeder freien und fairen Demokratie. Pavica und ihre Gruppe sind zutiefst \u00fcberzeugt, dass Schwangerschaftsabbr\u00fcche moralisch und religi\u00f6s falsch sind. Eine \u00dcberzeugung zu haben, ist ein Grundrecht, ebenso wie das Recht, diese durch friedliche Versammlung auszudr\u00fccken. Unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob man diese Ansichten teilt oder nicht: Dar\u00fcber, dass sie den Schutz des Grundgesetzes genie\u00dfen, sollte Einigkeit bestehen\u201c, sagt Dr. Felix B\u00f6llmann,
