The parents&nbsp;were&nbsp;seeking justice&nbsp;before the court&nbsp;to regain custody of their&nbsp;daughters,&nbsp;claiming a severe violation of their parental rights.\u202fThe decision of inadmissibility is final and cannot be appealed. It further suggested that questions relating to freedom of religion may be raised before national courts, an option the Samsons may now pursue.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Background<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The couple of Romanian origin, who had been\u00a0residing\u00a0in Sweden for close to a decade, claim that Swedish authorities\u00a0ignored the best interests of their children by refusing to reunite the family.\u00a0The forced separation continued\u00a0even after\u00a0all\u00a0allegations\u00a0against the parents\u00a0were\u00a0dropped\u00a0and prosecutors found no evidence of abuse. The case raises serious concerns about delays, overreach, and\u00a0possible discrimination\u00a0against Christians in Sweden\u2019s child welfare system. The state has cited the family\u2019s regular attendance at church three times a week to corroborate accusations of \u201creligious extremism,\u201d\u00a0despite the fact that\u00a0this simply reflects their religious beliefs and is a protected action under international human rights law.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Samsons\u00a0currently are\u00a0only\u00a0allowed\u00a0one supervised visit per month. This is complicated by the fact that the girls are placed in different foster care homes far away from each\u00a0other.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span
