Together with his team, his primary responsibility is to ensure the day-to-day operations of the Ministry are functioning at the highest level of efficiency and excellence.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Before joining ADF International, Kennan served in multiple leadership roles with a US-based non-profit whose objective was to equip and envision the next generation of Christian leaders through comprehensive worldview training.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, he was involved in international missions work with an emphasis on discipleship training for students in Asia.
