Belgique a jug\u00e9 dans la nuit du mercredi que la NatCon, la conf\u00e9rence pour le conservatisme national, avait le droit d\u2019avoir lieu. Hier \u00e0 midi, la conf\u00e9rence avait \u00e9t\u00e9 interrompue par les autorit\u00e9s, le lieu de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement cern\u00e9 par la police et l\u2019acc\u00e8s interdit \u00e0 toute personne.\u00a0<\/p><p>Avec le soutien d\u2019ADF International, les organisateurs ont port\u00e9 plainte contre l\u2019interdiction. Dans son jugement, le Conseil d\u2019Etat statue que \u00ab\u202fl\u2019article 26 de la constitution [belge] accorde \u00e0 chacun le droit de se r\u00e9unir pacifiquement\u202f\u00bb. Il dit\u202f: \u00ab\u202fEn autorisant la poursuite de la conf\u00e9rence, le tribunal administratif a pris parti pour les droits de l\u2019homme. Le bon sens et la justice ont gagn\u00e9, mais l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u2019hier est malgr\u00e9 tout une t\u00e2che sombre dans l\u2019histoire de la d\u00e9mocratie europ\u00e9enne. Ainsi, le Conseil d\u2019Etat a prot\u00e9g\u00e9 les caract\u00e9ristiques essentielles de la d\u00e9mocratie.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54b1c2c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"54b1c2c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Fermeture en raison des avis \u2018\u00e9thiquement conservateurs\u2019 des participants <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57efeddb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"57efeddb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019arr\u00eat du maire de mettre fin et clore la conf\u00e9rence se basait sur son ressenti personnel\u202f: \u00ab\u202fla vision de NatCon n\u2019est pas seulement \u00e9thiquement conservatrice (ex. le refus de la l\u00e9galisation de l\u2019avortement, du mariage pour tous, etc.) mais aussi ax\u00e9e sur la d\u00e9fense de la \u2018souverainet\u00e9 nationale\u2019, ce qui implique une attitude \u2018eurosceptique\u2019.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-5916e0c-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-5916e0c-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-5916e0c-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-5916e0c-letter-spacing ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-5916e0c-word-spacing );\">De plus, cet arr\u00eat stipulait que certains conf\u00e9renciers \u00e9taient \u00ab\u202fdes traditionnalistes r\u00e9put\u00e9s\u202f\u00bb et que la conf\u00e9rence devait \u00eatre interdite \u00ab\u202fpour pr\u00e9venir les atteintes pr\u00e9visibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre public et \u00e0 la paix\u202f\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a0c930 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9a0c930\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le Premier ministre belge condamne la mani\u00e8re d\u2019agir de Bruxelles<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fdb4b2e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fdb4b2e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Avant m\u00eame la d\u00e9cision du Conseil d\u2019Etat, le Premier ministre belge a condamn\u00e9 le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 des autorit\u00e9s bruxelloises sur X\u202f: \u00ab\u202fCe qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui au Claridge est inacceptable. L\u2019autonomie des communes est un pilier de notre d\u00e9mocratie, mais ne peut jamais annuler la constitution belge, qui garantit la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression et de r\u00e9union depuis 1830. L\u2019interdiction de rassemblement politique est anticonstitutionnelle. Finalement, la conf\u00e9rence a eu lieu \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du quartier europ\u00e9en.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-5916e0c-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-5916e0c-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-5916e0c-font-weight ); letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-5916e0c-letter-spacing ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-5916e0c-word-spacing );\">Emir Kir, le maire du quartier Saint-Josse-ten-Noode de Bruxelles, responsable de la cl\u00f4ture de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement par la police, s\u2019est plaint que des personnalit\u00e9s de \u00ab\u202fla droite conservatrice et religieuse\u202f\u00bb aient \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9es. Kir a \u00e9t\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame exclu du parti socialiste belge (PS) parce qu\u2019il avait rencontr\u00e9 des membres d\u2019organisations politiques \u00ab\u202fd\u2019extr\u00eame droite\u202f\u00bb qui soutiennent le gouvernement AKP de la Turquie. C\u2019est un scandale qu\u2019un tel litige ait \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour tenir une conf\u00e9rence pacifique. Nous devons attentivement prot\u00e9ger nos droits fondamentaux afin que la censure ne devienne pas une norme dans nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s pr\u00e9tendument
