outside abortion facilities.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Under current legislation in England &amp; Wales, \u201cinfluencing\u201d a person\u2019s decision to access an abortion facility, within 150m of the facility, is a crime carrying a potentially unlimited fine.<\/span><\/p><p>In Scotland, similar legislation exists, censoring the area within 200m of all hospitals.<\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A State Department\u00a0spokesman\u00a0told The Telegraph:<\/span><span
