Xavier Fàbrega Moyano


Xavier Fàbrega Moyano serves as Advocacy Fellow, Europe, for ADF International in Vienna, Austria. In this role, he contributes to the legal advocacy work at the European Court of Human Rights and looks for strategic litigation opportunities in other European countries to help advance and defend religious freedom, parental rights, freedom of speech, the sanctity of life, and the family.

Prior to joining ADF International, Fàbrega trained as a lawyer at Montesinos Abogados, S.L.P. in Girona, Spain, a firm specializing in civil litigation. He also conducted research in Constitutional European Law at the University of Navarra. Fàbrega completed an LLM in Law at the University of Edinburgh, UK, with a focus on Constitutional Theory and Jurisprudence. He holds a Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Navarra, Spain, where he also received a Bachelor’s in Philosophy, specializing in European Constitutional Law and Political Philosophy. Fàbrega is a Blackstone Fellow from the class of 2019.
