Alumni Relations Coordinator
As Alumni Relations Coordinator you are a vital part of the Strategic Relations & Training team, which operates from multiple regional offices. In this role, you will report to the Deputy Director of Training Programs and are responsible for successfully executing the ongoing coordination of outreach and reporting for alumni, alliance, and recruitment efforts.
Your Essential Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
Organize and execute alumni outreach and reporting:
- Organize and coordinate alumni communications regarding opportunities, professional development, collaboration, etc.
- Organize, coordinate, and execute regular outreach for updates from the alumni community.
- Organize and coordinate reunion activities and advocacy engagement within the alumni community.
- Maintain ongoing, accurate recording and reporting of alumni activity in coordination with Program Specialist.
- Maintain ongoing, accurate contact and professional information in coordination with Program Specialist.
Provide operational support and reporting for Alliance Chapters: :
- Provide operational support for Alliance Chapter Captains as needed, including communication, reimbursements, scheduling of activities and meetings, and reporting.
- Provide operational support for any Alliance Chapter activity that involves ADFI Team Members or allies needing support.
- Track Alliance Chapter activity and provide ongoing reports. .
Coordinate recruitment outreach and communications:
- Organize and coordinate outreach for Areté Academy recruitment cycles.
- Update and prepare lists of recruitment partners and new outreach targets at the beginning of each recruitment cycle.
- Coordinate targeted individual communications with recruitment partners and any candidates or networks they identify.
- Execute recruitment presentations for candidates and networks as needed.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and applicants.
- Prepare reports of recruitment progress throughout cycle, and overall statistics and success at the end of each cycle.
- Maintain updated records of recruitment partner contacts and lists and pursue expansion and optimization of lists and communication methods.
Other Responsibilities:
You may be asked to perform related duties or special projects as assigned within the general scope of the position.
You will need to be available for occasional oversees travel.

Education and/or experience:
- Requires 1-3 years of experience in a related position.
- Strong organizational skills, effective task management, and ability to oversee several projects at the same time.
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency (both oral and in writing in English and Spanish
Work permit for US or US citizenship required (if hired in Vienna: work permit for Austria or EU citizenship required).
