Training Resources Coordinator

ADF International is looking for a highly organized Training Resources Coordinator to join us in our team in Vienna, Austria (preferred) or London, UK. As the Training Resources Coordinator, you will coordinate the production of training resources in print, audio-visual, online, and live productions (webinars, in-person events). By leveraging the expertise of the ADF International team and the alliance oversee the production of training courses in various formats.

You will assist in creating and executing the annual production schedule, including developing new and innovative formats of training resources, ensuring the quality of the materials, and distributing them to various internal and external audiences.

Additionally, you will report on the reach and impact of the training by gathering and analyzing relevant data, actively searching for feedback and implementing improvement and innovation based on findings. This will include professional development, and continued training needs within the alliance.

Your Essential Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:

Production of training resources

  • Develop training resource formats in print, audio-visual, and online.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of training courses with internal and external experts around the world.
  • Coordinate distribution of materials through various online and offline channels
  • Execute data-driven impact analysis and improvement of training resources.
  • Remain up-to-date on innovative educational format and apply a data-driven approach to identify the best formats
  • Oversee the production and execution of an annual training resource agenda and schedule

Professional Development

  • Assist in identifying the needs for professional development within the alliance.
  • Support in developing exclusive training resources to create added value for members of the alliance
  • Coordinate contributions from external experts, mostly members of our alliance, to training formats, and oversee the production.
  • Transform content into compelling training presentations for various online and in-person conference settings.

 

Coordinate recruitment outreach and communications: 

  • Organize and coordinate outreach for Areté Academy recruitment cycles.
  • Update and prepare lists of recruitment partners and new outreach targets at the beginning of each recruitment cycle.
  • Coordinate targeted individual communications with recruitment partners and any candidates or networks they identify.
  • Execute recruitment presentations for candidates and networks as needed.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and applicants.
  • Prepare reports of recruitment progress throughout cycle, and overall statistics and success at the end of each cycle.
  • Maintain updated records of recruitment partner contacts and lists and pursue expansion and optimization of lists and communication methods. 
 

Other Responsibilities: 

  • You may be asked to perform related duties or special projects as assigned within the general scope of the position.
  • You will need to be available for occasional oversees travel.  

 

Skills You Need to Succeed:

Demonstrated proficiency in:

  • Executing tasks with a high degree of precision. 
  • Organizational abilities: managing a variety of responsibilities and projects with different levels of complexities. 
  • The basic requirements of international professional etiquette. 
  • Be self-motivated: initiate work by yourself, motivate others, oversee projects with minimal supervision and anticipate team and departmental needs.
  • Learning new software applications

Ability to: 

  • Excellent judgment on graphic design and production quality
  • Professionally handle confidential information. 
  • Learn and understand the nuances of ADF International Training programs and contribute to continuous improvement. 
  • Understand the nature and purpose of the ADF alliance and their needs to succeed.
  • Communicate with excellence in writing and orally. 

Education and/or experience:

  • Requires 3-5 years of experience in related job. 
  • Strong written communication skills. 
  • Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, InDesign and presentation software (PPT, Keynote, Canva)
  • Excellent written and oral English. Other languages welcome.

Work permit for EU or EU citizenship required (if hired in London: work permit for UK or UK citizenship required).
