Why should I donate cryptocurrency?
Donating cryptocurrency is a non-taxable event — you do not owe capital gains tax on the appreciated amount and can deduct it on your taxes. This makes Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency donations one of the most tax-efficient ways to support ADF International’s mission. Talk to a crypto-savvy tax professional or

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Zcash (ZEC), Gemini Dollar (GUSD), Basic Attention Token (BAT), Chainlink (LINK), 0x (ZRX), Storj (STORJ), Dai (DAI), Amp (AMP), The Graph (GRT), UMA (UMA), and 1inch (1INCH).
Will I receive a tax receipt?
Yes. After your donation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tax receipt. Tax-deductibility depends on the regulations in your country of residence.
How is the value of my donation determined?
The value is determined at the time of the transaction based on the current market rate. The Giving Block handles the conversion to fiat currency on our behalf.
Is there a minimum donation amount?
There is no fixed minimum, though network transaction fees may apply depending on the cryptocurrency you use.
How does my donation help?
Your cryptocurrency donation directly funds ADF International’s legal advocacy work — defending religious freedom, free speech, the sanctity of life, marriage and family, and parental rights at national courts, international institutions, and the United Nations. We provide free legal representation to every client we serve.
