Daniela Constantino

LEGAL COUNSEL, UNITED NATIONS

Daniela Constantino Llaven serves as legal counsel, UN, for ADF International in New York. In that role, she develops and cultivates relationships with diplomats at United Nations Headquarters, engages in written and oral advocacy, drafts interventions and submissions for the UN and related institutions, and provides counsel on issues related to life, family, religious liberty, free speech, and parental rights.

Prior to joining ADF International, Constantino served as Coordinator of the Legislative Team for public advocacy organization Comunidad y Justicia in Chile. In that position, Daniela provided legal counsel to deputies and senators on bills regarding the protection of parental rights, family, religious liberty, and the right to life.

Constantino earned her law degree at Universidad Panamericana campus Guadalajara. She participated in the Dignitatis Humanae Fellowship at Acton Institute and in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, in addition to ADF International’s Areté Academy and Blackstone Legal Fellowship with Alliance Defending Freedom.
