Guillermo A. Morales Sancho, PhD, serves as legal counsel, Europe, for ADF International in Vienna, Austria. He is a lawyer specializing in constitutional and human rights law and conducts legal advocacy in Europe to promote and protect parental rights, free speech, children’s right to life, as well as freedom of conscience and religion.

He is a lawyer specializing in constitutional and human rights law and conducts legal advocacy in Europe to promote and protect parental rights, free speech, children’s right to life, as well as freedom of conscience and religion.
Prior to joining ADF International, Prof. Morales Sancho lectured on constitutional and human rights law at the University of Navarra (Spain) and as an invited professor at the University of Münster (Germany). He was a visiting scholar at the University of Cologne thanks to the grant awarded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), which recognized him as the best candidate of the call.
His doctoral research on the human rights of children and parents was awarded three distinctions: summa cum laude, UNAV Law School’s Extraordinary Prize, and the “Nicolás Pérez Serrano” Prize as the Nation’s 2021 best Constitutional Law PhD. He has published on a wide range of topics, including fundamental rights restrictions during the pandemic, family privacy, and EU litigation.
He graduated with honours in 2015 with the highest promotion rank; and holds a master’s in human rights and another in lawyering. He is registered with the Spanish bar as a practicing legal counsel. In addition to his native Spanish, Morales is fluent in English and German and speaks conversational French.
