Catalina serves as Legal Counsel for Latin America and the Caribbean at ADF International, where she supports strategic litigation and advocacy initiatives across the region.
Catalina serves as Legal Counsel for Latin America and the Caribbean at ADF International, where she supports strategic litigation and advocacy initiatives across the region. In this role, she contributes to the development of legal strategies, engagement before international and regional human rights bodies, and coordination with local partners to advance the protection of fundamental freedoms.
Prior to joining ADF International, she was a Legal Specialist at the Pan American Health Organization, providing legal advice on institutional, regulatory, and public international law matters. She previously worked as an International Associate at Greenberg Traurig in Washington, D.C., focusing on international arbitration, and as a Senior Associate at Claro & Cía. in Chile, where she specialized in complex civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
She earned her law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with highest honors and holds an LL.M. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Her professional experience centers on dispute resolution, public international law, and comparative legal systems.
